Team Building (Challenge Tasks and Problem Solving)

Being able to work with others is an essential skill in every aspect of life.

Our strength that really runs through everything we do. We have an almost limitless list of tasks that can be adapted to any age or ability.

These small challenges are the ideal way to bring a group of people together to form a team. Activities require leadership, planning, lots of ideas, co-ordination and co-operation. After successful completion, or not, instructors facilitate a short debrief so that learning points are recognised and acted on during further tasks.

Why? Fun, challenging and often very enlightening for visiting staff. Being able to work with others is an essential life skill.
Where? Anywhere, although usually onsite.
How long? Anything from an hour upwards to multi-day exercises.
