Release an inner Robin Hood

A great, fun and relatively easy activity to quickly improve at with a bit of coaching and practice. As technique and aim improves it is possible to have a small competition as a finale. There are many links to history to add interest.

Why? A chance to slow the pace down and reflect on other activities and experiences. An enjoyable and rewarding sport. People are taught skills and have the opportunity to demonstrate their learning. There is a great sense of achievement in hitting the target and refining your skills.

Where? On site

How long? Usually half a session, combines well with Orienteering or Zip Wire
