LINDLEY EDUCATIONAL TRUST
Graduates
With over 50 years’ experience of working with graduates and talented young employees it is no surprise many organisations look to Lindley to help them develop their emerging leadership.
Leaving university and entering the world of work is a stressful and challenging time. The complexities of working within and managing teams can be very challenging for graduates in their first few years of employment. Our programmes help build confidence and equip graduates for these challenges.
Events feature carefully designed experiential learning exercises. These exercises reflect the challenges and opportunities of the work place. They are based around outdoor activities with instructors facilitating debriefs during which graduates identify learning outcomes and relate these back to the work environment.
We don’t have a standard programme as we recognise that organisations have very different cultures and need us to focus on different outcomes. Below are some typical outcomes and a tried and successful learning model.

We might be a bit biased but we feel the Hollowford Centre is one of the best venues from which to run your Graduate Development.
